Rise and shine lovelies! It’s Tuesday
And that means it’s time for another Operation: Prom Dress post! However, this one will be a little different.
Yesterday I told you guys I’m going to follow a “diet” plan for the next 10 days, thus starting my 10 Day Slim Down plan. I had a good amount of people tell me they were interested in joining in which I thought was FANTASTIC. It’s always easier to do things with friends!

So, I’m debuting my Operation: Prom Dress 10 Day Slim Down diet plan. Feel free to join in!
Nutrition: I have created a list of “approved” healthy foods that I’m going to rotate through. I have a really bad habit of eating whatever I find first so I’m hoping this list will help. I’m not limiting myself to these foods (hence the “other clean option” phrase). I’m just helping myself find GOOD foods that will help my body! For me, my “binge triggers” are nut butter and cereal. Therefore, I’m going to try to avoid nut butter for these 10 days (except for in OOIAJ) and cereal (unless it’s healthy!). Everyone’s lists of foods will be different but you can see mine as an example ![]()
Exercise: time for strength focus! I want to tone up and get those lean muscles, which are only achieved through eating clean and strength training, with cardio! I’ve made a sample week plan for you guys to follow along with me. I want to do 8 minute abs every day because I know that it’s an effective way to get dem absssss.
